I’m grateful that, after 5 long years of rain raining inside my unit and annual insufficient stopgap-quick fixes, my windows have finally been replaced and the entire project should be complete by the end of the month.

No more bailing water; no more high heating bills; no more daily washing of the towels! All that’s left now is the rebuilding of the outside of the building, weatherproofing and curing of the stucco and finally re-painting – I might even be able to use my fireplace this winter!
