365 Gratitude Project – Day 25: Diet Changes

Recently I’ve made some significant changes to my diet and I’m grateful that it seems to be having a multifaceted impact on my life. I’m eating mostly veggies, a little beef and chicken once in awhile, very little dairy and no bread at all –  I’m really being mindful of the food choices I make. It’s made me more adventurous in the kitchen, experimenting with flavors and dishes that aren’t as familiar – I’m having more fun with my meals. I don’t go out to eat much, no fast food, not even StarBucks, and in addition to feeling better I’ve made my waist line and my savings account very happy over the past few months.
