I’m grateful for laughter. It’s universal and unifying – everyone does it and it bridges gaps between different cultures, languages, genders and ages, bringing people together. It’s aerobic, increasing oxygen and heart rate. Laughter is healthy, it helps reduce stress hormones, tension and increase relaxation. Above all, laughter is FUN – it’s joyful and it can be shared easily. I’m often asked why I laugh so much – I’ll admit I see the funny in things everywhere – but the real reason is laughter makes me happy!
