I’m grateful for all the colors which surround us every day, the warm reds and oranges of sunset, the cool blues and violets of winter snow fields, and the fresh greens and yellows heralding Spring’s return. Winter days in Seattle have a tendency to blur into a steady overcast gray of sky and rain and dormant ground – it even casts a pall on the evergreens for which we’re known. But there’s still color in brilliant patches here and there to draw the eye and brighten the soul if you but look for them.

There’s a rainbow of color all around us, a prism reflecting beauty upon the world – take a moment, take notice, rest your eyes on color and drink it in. 🌈
