365 Gratitude Project – Day 130: Progress

May 10, 2017

I’m grateful for busy days in which progress is made. I started the day loading up the car with boxes and things to store out at my mom’s, prepping to sell my place. On the way out to Snohomish I made a quick stop at the Everett Clinic for a blood pressure check and my numbers are right in target range – 124/72, Yay! After carting my stuff in to mom’s storage unit we hung out with the Wednesday morning Coffee Crew and chatted with mom’s neighbors from the condo – this is a very active 55 and over community and they are amazing. Next, back home to kick back for an hour or so – I also emptied the dishwasher, cleaned off the tables and moved some furniture. At 12:30 I headed out to work at the Lab as well as two meetings, the first re: our new Volunteer program and the second re: some housekeeping issues with one of our programs. I even got a 25 minute walk in during my break.
