In this time when our national leaders spout racial hatred, anger, fear and outright lies, I’m grateful to live and work in a community which values cultural diversity, inclusiveness and human rights. Each Tuesday I have the opportunity to spend my lunchtime walking the neighborhoods around Lake City – there are some signs I’ve seen popping up in yards, windows and businesses:
